Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Kigali – Explore Rwanda’s Capital
Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by your AFRICANBROWNMAT Safaris guide. Enjoy a half-day city tour that includes key sites such as the Kigali Genocide Memorial, local craft markets, and the modern downtown area. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay and a delightful Rwandan dinner.

Day 2: Kigali to Volcanoes NP and Museum Visit
After a relaxed breakfast in Kigali, begin the day with a scenic 2.5-hour drive to Volcanoes National Park, passing through Rwanda’s beautiful rolling hills.
Arrive in Musanze by early afternoon, have lunch and proceed to check into your lodge near the park. After settling in, visit the Dianney Fossey Museum (Ellen DeGeneres Campus) for a lively walk through Dianney Fossey's incredible work with the Gorillas of the Virungas and later visit the Iby’Iwacu Cultural Village for an engaging experience of Rwandan music, dance, and traditions shared by the local community. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight, ready for the next day’s adventure.

Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking & Transfer to afternoon Bwindi
After an early breakfast, head out for Golden Monkey tracking in Volcanoes National Park—a fun and active experience with these rare primates.
After the trek, return to the lodge, check out, and begin your scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda. Arrive in the evening, check in, and relax at the lodge ahead of gorilla trekking the next day.

Day 4: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable NP
After an early breakfast, join your expert guide at the park headquarters for a pre-trek briefing. Venture into the lush Bwindi forest for a once-in-a-lifetime gorilla tracking expedition. Spend up to one hour observing a habituated gorilla family in their natural habitat while your guide shares fascinating insights about their behavior and conservation. Return to the lodge for a well-deserved rest.

Day 5: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi & Boat Cruise

Upon arrival, check into your lodge and later enjoy a leisurely boat cruise, taking in the serenity of the lake dotted with small islands. Day 6: Transfer to Lake Mburo NPk – Game Drive
After a relaxed morning at Lake Bunyonyi, set out at around 9:00 AM for a transfer to Lake Mburo National Park. In the late afternoon, embark on an exciting game drive through the park’s diverse landscapes, where you can spot zebras, impalas, and other savannah dwellers amid the vast open plains.

Day 7: Morning Nature Walk & Transfer to Entebbe
